I applied for an Apartment there almost five years ago. To be exact July 28, 1999. Not only I never received any phone calls from them, but every time I called either nobody is available and I have to leave a message they never call me back, or if they answer, they tell me nothing is available yet. (initially, I was told it takes about a year and a half). I even call their Regional Office and spoke to the Regional Manager but no positive results yet. Very frustrated with the results so far. Initially, If I wasnât told that it will take a year and a half, I would have looked around to find another place to apply there. Now I am stock in here without results. Today is March 27, 2024. I just got off the phone with their new properties MANAGER, still they donât have a first floor one bedroom apartment for me. Itâs almost five years now !!!!! Mohammad.

Have been trying for two days to call office and obtain information. No answer and memory is full. Wondering if they have any staff that works there.

Loser staff. We applied for the low income program 4 months ago. Called to figure out if we were on the waiting list. No answer back. We drove several times to the office and itâs always closed before 3:00pm. We called one more time and received an answer by a young man who did not even seemed to know whatâs the business about. Left our name with a promise to be called back. Itâs been 2 months since then. Went to the main office today 3:00pm again and a young man opened the door being that the closed sign was up, and asked me how he could help. I explained to him that I need to know if our documents were received. He said the same old line, leave your name and we will call you back. I said I wasnât going to leave until I knew we were in the system. He flat out said he had no time for that. Very incompetent attitude. Staff is unprofessional and lazy. They do not care about the applicants to that program. Place always seems closed. Office employees have a horrible attitude

My parents live here. I give them one star for pricing because they are cheaper due to low income housing. But I guess you get whatbyou pay for. For example, 75% of their common hallway and garage lights have been out for over a year with more going out each day and they do nothing about it. I don't feel my mother is safe walking in dark hallways at night. Also, parking is a nightmare if you are a visitor, basically there is none. You need a visitor pass which needs to be submitted by request ahead of time and are usually taken by residents anyways. So street parking it is. Wait, you need a permit from the next door complex for street parking. Common area grass? There isn't any anymore. They have killed the original grass and have not regrown anything but dirt. If you want to go to the leasing office to talk about it, good luck as they have a "we'll be back" sign 90% of time on their door. I can keep going but my fingers are tired from typing.
