My husband and I moved in late February. We have been nothing but happy with this complex at this point in time, despite our original hesitations. Management got changed a month or 2 into our lease and already we can tell a difference. (Carla was who helped us with our application, prior to William, gave us some hesitations as she didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about the complex or area and seemed less professional than someone in her job title should be.) Landscaping is now consistent. Pool is spotless daily. The washing rooms are now cleaned every morning. Trash around the complex is no longer. Great communication from both William (the manager) and the maintenance team. We are so happy here and excited the property is well maintained. Thank you, William, for making our lives easier and free of stress by knowing how to manager a property efficiently! My only complaint would be the lack of guest parking availability, however, I feel that’s a property owner issue NOT a property manager issue.

I love it here! Office manager Karla and her staff are amazing. She goes above and beyond and is there whenever she is needed. The maintenance here is amazing as well. They are quick to respond and very efficient! I couldn’t be happier!

Everyone in this community please watch out for this Crazy Man his name is . ..Arash Moslehi This man has a history going back over 3 years worth of terrorizing Local Residents mainly women and children He goes around the property videotaping and taking pictures of people's license plates garages and videotaping women and children as they are walking to and fro. He's a loose cannon He carries weapons there's numerous videos of him terrorizing threatening and brandishing weapons on innocent citizens that are out just working or taking a walk Using racial slurs discriminating calling people horrible names scaring them Driving by with his radio real loud playing the sounds of gunshots. Everyone has had enough of this nonsense. Thanks to him we have collected an entire photo file including videos that are uploaded by Mr Moleshi him self. He has built an entire case against his own self with his own videos/ photos. Restraining orders have been filed. Please be careful this man has touch time on his hands day and nite terrorizing the streets.
