Everyone in this community please watch out for this Crazy Man his name is . ..Arash Moslehi This man has a history going back over 3 years worth of terrorizing Local Residents mainly women and children He goes around the property videotaping and taking pictures of people's license plates garages and videotaping women and children as they are walking to and fro. He's a loose cannon He carries weapons there's numerous videos of him terrorizing threatening and brandishing weapons on innocent citizens that are out just working or taking a walk Using racial slurs discriminating calling people horrible names scaring them Driving by with his radio real loud playing the sounds of gunshots. Everyone has had enough of this nonsense. Thanks to him we have collected an entire photo file including videos that are uploaded by Mr Moleshi him self. He has built an entire case against his own self with his own videos/ photos. Restraining orders have been filed. Please be careful this man has touch time on his hands day and nite terrorizing the streets.

Horrible place to rent or live in, it sounds great but wouldn’t recommend no one’s in office.management sucks they waste your time please save your self and rent some where else.

Ewwww... PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!! CARLOS IS THE WORST MANAGER AND A LIAR!! HE MADE ME A PROMISE ABOUT MY DEPOSITDEPOSIT MONEY THEN KEPT IT !FOR THE COMPANY!!! LOL.... WHAT A JACKASS!!! WHAT A COWARD HE IS!!! HE IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE WORST EMPLOYEE ONLY TO COVER HIMSELF!! HES ALWAYS LATE AND HARDLEY EVER COMES IN. THE PROPERTY IS FILTHY AND NOT KEPT UP. THERES WITES STICKING OUT FROM THE GROUND. THE POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSED DUE TO FECES AND THE HEALTH DEPT SHUT IT DOWN!! ALSO THERES A CRIMINAL NAMED ARI WHO LIVES IN #304. HES CALLED BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL AND THE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WONT EVICT HIM!!! HE GOES AFTER WOMEN AND CHILDREN. HE TAKES PICS OF KIDS UNDER 18!?! BUT SOLARI CANT BECAUSE HE HAS A SPECIAL DEAL WITH THE OWNER!! DONT TRUST THIS PROPERTY OR MANAGEMENT!!! THE LAST MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE TEAM ACTUALLY STOLE MONEY FROM SOMEONES APARTMENT !!! SERIOUSLY DONT TRUST CARLOS OR SOLARI EVER!!! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. THERES NO COMPASSION AND MANAGEMENT STILL REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING IF THERES AN EMERGENCY ON THE PROPERTY!!!??!!! I applied for an Apartment there five years ago. To be exact July 28, 1999. Not only did I never receive any phone calls from them, but every time I called nobody was available and I had to leave a message they never called me back, or if they answered, they told me nothing was available yet. (initially, I was told it takes about a year and a half). I even called their Regional Office and spoke to the Regional Manager but no positive results yet. Very frustrated with the results so far. Initially, If I hadn’t been told that it would take way, way over a year & half, I would have looked around to find another place to apply there. Now I am stuck in here without results. Today is March 22, 2025 I just got off the phone with their new property MANAGER, still, they don’t have a first-floor one-bedroom apartment Available for me. It’s way past five years now !!!!!
