Despite the terrible reviews on here, I gave them a chance. Now I truly regret the time of mine I allowed them to waste. My first big shoutout goes to EDITH!!!! Congrats on fooling your bosses that you actually do anything worth paying you. She had the maintenance manager stand in as acting manager for my tour of the property. Now keep in mind it took me calling for 40 minutes straight before someone onsite answered the phone. My first inquiry was asking is the waitlist open and if so what is the process to be get put on the waitlist? I was informed by Edith that âthere is no waitlist, its strictly first come first serveâ. Being told this by someone who said they were Regional Manager, I believed her and scheduled the tour. I was told by William at the end of my tour Edith would be emailing the application and everything I needed. 2 weeks later, and after countless phone calls to follow up with Edith, still no response from this supposed regional manager. Oh, and William? He has been on vacation for the past 10 days per staff Lily who is âjust coveringâ this location and is unable to provide any information on an update of me receiving an application and was âjust informed that the waitlist is now closedâ.
So now we know this is all trickling down from the ones who are in the upper management of the company running this place. I hate that I had to submit a formal report of fraud with the Treasury Inspector General to ensure no false LIHTC reporting and misc. other concerns. They need to be investigated thoroughly for credit compliance. Im current resident of Lake Forest and this just saddens me that we treat low income this way.
