Somehow AMC IT was able to delete my last review! The most dishonest management company that exists. Edith who is the regional manager is incompetent to say the least. She can not seem to get any staff to stick. The last honest staff that worked is filing a lawsuit against AMC. The entire property is filthy!!! The current manager has the police at her house all the time, this place is a mess! No one at corporate cares and if you call them they reroute your problems and nothing ever gets solved. The maintenance staff break more things than repair and the buildings are disgusting with urine smell everywhere! Do not rent here it's a nightmare for people once you move in! I wish I could afford more and AMC wouldn't take advantage of low invome families! You can always call a state ombudsman to report this company so do it!!

I used to live there, and it was always a problem to get anything fixed and also the parking. The managers never last, some of them even leave within the same week. They’re supposed to be apartments for people with financial difficulties, but honestly there are many people who even have Teslas, which seems really unfair to me. There’s a couple who have 3 cars. Two Mercedes- Benz and a new Toyota—and they take up all the parking spaces while keeping their garage empty. They also own Yasi’s Artistry at Mission Viejo Mall. Clearly, they’re not struggling financially, and they’re taking away the opportunity from someone who truly needs it.

Too many undesirables living there. Too many fire engines and police cars way too often. Seems better as of late, but iffy.

My husband and I moved in late February. We have been nothing but happy with this complex at this point in time, despite our original hesitations. Management got changed a month or 2 into our lease and already we can tell a difference. (Carla was who helped us with our application, prior to William, gave us some hesitations as she didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about the complex or area and seemed less professional than someone in her job title should be.) Landscaping is now consistent. Pool is spotless daily. The washing rooms are now cleaned every morning. Trash around the complex is no longer. Great communication from both William (the manager) and the maintenance team. We are so happy here and excited the property is well maintained. Thank you, William, for making our lives easier and free of stress by knowing how to manager a property efficiently! My only complaint would be the lack of guest parking availability, however, I feel that’s a property owner issue NOT a property manager issue.

Dishonest and Unresponsive Leasing Office If you're considering renting here, beware—this leasing office is a nightmare. I’ve called daily, submitted tour requests, and filled out the contact form over 30 times—never got a single response. Calls go straight to maintenance, and no one ever answers. I took time off work to visit in person, only to be told there are no available apartments and the waitlist is closed—yet their website, Apartments.com, and Rent.com all show listings. Even Craigslist had six new posts in the last 12 hours. This office is completely unresponsive and misleading. If they treat potential tenants like this, imagine how they treat residents. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

I called the leasing office 5 times to inquire about vacancy on Monday around 3pm. First time my call was redirected to their headquarter. Instead of informing about my call being redirected, they acted like I made a mistake and called their headquarter instead of the leasing office and provided me the exact number I called. I called that number again and this time I was redirected to their maintenance. They acted like I called their number and not the leasing office and gave me the same number again. Then I called two more times, and it was answered but remained silent. I called again and it went to the headquarter again. If they are unable to assist the prospect tenants with their inquiry, why even have the call get redirected to anywhere else other than the leasing office. This is a stupid waste of my time but I’m glad I found out early.
